Soul Sakhi is a women-focused coaching platform founded by Sangita to help women gain clarity, reconnect with themselves, build confidence, and move forward with greater purpose. It offers a safe space for the conversations that matter.

Sangita is a certified Life Coach and Communication Enhancer with 17+ years of corporate experience. She works with women navigating crossroads, self-doubt, identity shifts, communication challenges and life direction.

Keep, but make it practical: “Yes. Soul Sakhi sessions are conducted online, allowing you to access one-to-one coaching from wherever you are.” If sessions can also be offline, specify the location/availability.

There is no fixed timeline. The pace depends on what you want to work through, your circumstances and your engagement with the process. The aim is not a quick fix, but greater clarity and meaningful progress you can act on.

Keep, but add a professional boundary: “Yes. Conversations are treated as private and handled respectfully. Confidentiality is subject to applicable legal or safety requirements, which will be explained where relevant.”

Make the first step clearer: “Start with a Clarity/Discovery Call. We discuss what is currently on your mind, what you would like to change, and what may be keeping you stuck. You can then decide whether continuing the coaching journey feels right for you.” Use one consistent name: Clarity Call or Discovery Call.

This is broad and overlaps with other FAQs. Either delete or make it specific to Soul Sakhi: “A women’s empowerment coach helps you examine the patterns, beliefs and choices affecting how you see yourself and move through life — so you can make more conscious choices with greater confidence.”

Too generic. Replace with a client-centred answer: “Coaching gives you structured space to pause, understand what is really going on, ask the questions you may be avoiding, and turn insight into practical next steps.”

Avoid “root causes” and “lasting” as they can sound therapeutic or guarantee an outcome. Suggested reply: “Yes. Coaching can help you recognise patterns of self-doubt, understand what is affecting your confidence, practise clearer self-expression and take small, intentional actions that strengthen self-trust.”

Add a coaching/therapy boundary and avoid suggesting treatment of burnout. Suggested reply: “Coaching can help you reflect on what is draining you, clarify your needs and priorities, and explore healthier choices. Coaching is not a substitute for medical or mental-health treatment; if burnout is severe or involves significant mental-health symptoms, appropriate professional care should be considered.”

Make the outcome tangible: “We can work on expressing your thoughts clearly, speaking up, setting boundaries and handling difficult conversations with greater confidence and awareness.”

Make it match the new positioning: “Soul Sakhi is especially for women who feel at a crossroads, successful yet unfulfilled, disconnected from themselves, unsure of their next step, or ready to make a meaningful change but don’t yet know where to begin.”

Replace generic benefit-list language with the journey: “The work can help you gain clarity about what matters, strengthen self-trust, communicate more consciously, reconnect with your identity and make decisions with greater intention.”

This is useful but should address the “I still don’t know” objection: “You don’t need to know the answer before you begin. Clarity often comes by slowing down, asking the right questions, separating your own voice from expectations, and identifying what matters most to you now.”

Keep but remove potentially broad/therapeutic framing: “Yes. Coaching can provide a structured space to navigate changes such as a career shift, changing family roles, motherhood, relationship transitions or a new life chapter — helping you clarify what you want and decide your next step.”

This overlaps with “How long does it take to see results?” Delete one. If retained, combine into a single practical FAQ about duration and expectations.

This overlaps with the low-confidence FAQ. Delete as a standalone question and cover confidence within the “Can coaching help with low self-confidence?” answer.

The distinction is useful, but “lasting” can sound like a promise. Suggested reply: “Motivation can give you a push; coaching helps you examine what needs to change and turn insight into intentional action. The goal is meaningful progress, not a temporary burst of inspiration.”

Make it more honest and specific: “Coaching may be right for you if you are ready to explore your situation honestly, take responsibility for your choices and work towards change. You do not need to arrive with a perfectly defined goal — the Clarity Call can help you understand whether coaching is the right next step.

We start with what is happening in your life right now. We explore what feels unclear, what you want to change, and what may be keeping you stuck. The conversation is about understanding your situation — not judging you or telling you what to do. By the end, you should have greater perspective on whether and how Soul Sakhi can support you.

Soul Sakhi offers coaching and personal-development support, not therapy, counselling, psychiatric care or medical treatment. Coaching focuses on clarity, self-awareness, choices, confidence and forward movement. If your situation requires clinical or medical support, you should consult an appropriately qualified professional.

A friend may listen, comfort or give advice. Coaching gives you a structured, confidential space to slow down, examine your thoughts and patterns, ask purposeful questions and arrive at your own decisions — without someone deciding what is best for you.

There is no one-size-fits-all number. It depends on what you want to explore, the depth of the work and the pace that feels right for you. The Clarity Call helps us understand what kind of support, if any, would be appropriate.

That is completely okay. The Clarity Call is also a chance for you to decide whether Soul Sakhi feels like the right fit. There is no expectation that you continue simply because you had the conversation.

No. In fact, that is often where coaching begins. If you know something feels off but cannot yet explain what needs to change, we can start there. You do not need all the answers before the conversation.
